A complete one-room design service that provides a full design plan, curated sourcing, and an in-home styling session to finish your space.

Many rooms feel unfinished because they’re empty, outdated, or filled with pieces that were never chosen to work together. Sourced + Styled gives you a clear design direction and the exact items your room needs—removing the guesswork, the overwhelm, and the constant searching.

I create the design, source the furnishings and décor, and guide you through what to purchase. Once your items arrive, I return to style the room so it feels cohesive, functional, and truly complete.

This service is designed for homeowners who want a finished room without taking on a renovation or managing a long-term project. You receive a defined plan, the right pieces for your space, and a room that finally works for the way you live.
What's Included
In-Home Visit + Room Assessment
We begin with a home visit to understand how you use the space, what isn’t working, and what you want the room to feel like. I take measurements, photos, and notes to guide the design.​

Design Concept + Room Direction
You receive a clear design concept that outlines the look, layout, and direction for your space. This becomes the foundation for all sourcing and styling.​

Design Board + Renderings
To help you visualize the completed room, you receive a detailed 2D design board along with digital renderings. These allow you to see how the furnishings, finishes, and décor will come together before anything is purchased.

Curated Product Sourcing
I source the furnishings and décor your room needs, selected for scale, cohesion, and how you live day-to-day.

A shopping list with direct links, placement notes, and guidance on what to purchase.You can shop at your own pace or ask questions as you go.

Styling Day
After your items arrive, I return to complete the room in a single styling session. This includes arranging furniture, placing décor, adjusting art and lighting,and adding finishing touches.I may bring additional pillows or décor for you to consider; you simply purchase what you choose to keep.
Pricing
Pricing is based on the size and complexity of your space. Each project falls into one of the tiers below.
Tier A — Partial Room | $750
For defined areas smaller than a full room:
entryways, foyers, nooks, alcoves, hallway corners, small open areas.

Tier B — Small Room | $1,150
Small bedrooms, nurseries, kids’ rooms, guest rooms, compact offices.
​
Tier C — Standard Room | $1,450
Living rooms, primary bedrooms, dining rooms, family rooms, larger offices.
(Most projects fall here.)

Tier D — Large / Complex Room | $1,650
Great rooms, oversized rooms, dens, long or multi-zone spaces, irregular layouts.

One room per booking.
If multiple rooms need attention, each is scheduled as its own project with a clear start and completion.

50% deposit + agreement → project reserved.

4. Home Visit
Measurements, photos, and design clarity.

5. Design & Sourcing
Your design concept and full sourcing list are created. Remaining balance is paid. One round of revisions.

6. Styling Day
Once your items arrive, I return to finish the room.

7. Final Touch Follow-Up
A quick check-in to ensure everything feels right.
